This positive news comes amid a challenging year for the British royal family, with both Catherine and King Charles III facing cancer diagnoses. King Charles announced his diagnosis in February but resumed his public duties by spring.
Princess Catherine’s health struggles sparked significant media attention. In January, she disclosed she would be undergoing abdominal surgery, but her prolonged absence from the public eye led to speculation about the seriousness of her condition.

The rumors escalated when the palace released an unusually edited Mother's Day photo of her with her children, which sparked the "Kate-Gate" media frenzy. In response, Catherine released a video in March, revealing her cancer diagnosis and chemotherapy treatment, and announced she would be taking additional time away.
By June, she provided another update, stating that she was "not out of the woods yet" but was taking each day as it comes, with plans to resume public duties over the summer.
