Nyilah Daise Tzabari made a dramatic entrance into the world, arriving three weeks past her due date but making up for lost time with an impressive display of strength and development. At just three days old, Nyilah astonished her first-time parents by lifting her head and moving across her crib—a feat that most babies don't achieve until much later.
While still in the hospital, Samantha Mitchell, a 34-year-old mother from White Oak, PA, captured the moment on video. The footage, which shows Nyilah using her tiny arms to lift her head and crawl, left Samantha and her mother speechless. Samantha, who has more than 20 years of experience caring for children, admitted she had never seen anything like it before.
“I’ve been around kids all my life, but this is a first,” Samantha said in an interview with Kennedy News. “I’ve never encountered a newborn like her. The way she lifted her head and babbled left me in total shock.”
Nyilah’s incredible strength quickly went viral after Samantha shared the video on TikTok, garnering over 57.5 million views. In the clip, you can hear Samantha and her mother reacting in disbelief as the newborn crawls across her hospital cot. Samantha joked that Nyilah’s advanced skills might be due to spending extra time in the womb.
Born on February 27, 2023, weighing 7 lbs 6 oz, Nyilah was three weeks overdue. Her impressive movements weren’t just a one-time event. By 18 days old, she was already rolling from her belly to her back, and by two months, she could roll in the opposite direction. At three months, she was showing her strength in other ways, even giving her mom a playful punch with her little arms, as seen in a later TikTok video.
Samantha shared that Nyilah is already standing with assistance and shows no signs of slowing down. “She refuses to bend her knees when we try to sit her down, and she’s always trying to stand. It won’t be long before she’s walking,” Samantha said.
Nyilah’s rapid development extends beyond her physical abilities. At just seven weeks old, she began mimicking sounds, trying to repeat phrases like “I love you” back to her parents. “She’s definitely trying to talk, and she’s very clever,” Samantha added.
The joyful baby is also known for her infectious smile, constantly laughing and engaging with those around her. “She’s so happy and always smiling. I hope her videos bring joy to others, just like she does to us,” Samantha said.

Though Samantha initially thought her daughter’s abilities were normal for newborns, friends and family quickly informed her otherwise. Now, Samantha and her fiancé, Ofer Tzabari, are preparing for what’s next as their fast-growing daughter continues to hit milestones ahead of schedule.
Nyilah’s incredible journey has already captured the attention of millions, and her parents are excited to see what she’ll accomplish next. With her strong will and bright spirit, there’s no doubt she’ll continue to amaze her family and the world. Congratulations to Samantha and Ofer on their extraordinary baby!
